ABOUT THE AWARDS

Operators in quick maintenance need to be multi-talented. They direct their teams to excel with customers and vehicles, all while running a growing business or shop network. No one knows better than you the amount of work, dedication, care, and scrupulous attention to detail that your peers put into their businesses and taking care of customers. 

To qualify for the NOLN Operator of the Year, nominees must own a quick lube facility, either an independent business or franchise location. Single- and multi-site operators are eligible.

Nominations for the 2026 NOLN Operator of the Year will close on April 30, 2026.

NOLN Operator of the Year Award nominations are evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Personal or professional achievements
• Examples of staff leadership/mentorship/professional development
• Examples of community involvement
• What makes the shop owner stand out from his/her peers
